Platform Connectivity and Integrations
SkillNex is designed to work alongside your existing institutional infrastructure — from SkillsFuture TPG workflows built into the platform to data exchange with student information systems and HR tools.
Integration Areas
SkillsFuture and TPG
SkillNex is built around Singapore's Training Partners Gateway (TPG) workflows — aligning grant eligibility, enrolment, attendance, and claim submission processes with SSG requirements. This is not a third-party bolt-on; it is embedded in the TMS workflow.
Student Information Systems
For institutions with existing Student Information Systems (SIS), SkillNex can exchange learner and enrolment data through structured data processes. The approach depends on your current SIS capabilities. [TODO: confirm specific SIS integration capabilities with engineering]
HR and HRIS Systems
For enterprise corporate learning deployments, SkillNex can receive employee data from HR systems for user provisioning and role-based learning path assignment. [TODO: confirm supported HRIS integrations with engineering]
Email and Notification Systems
SkillNex sends automated notifications through its own delivery infrastructure — enrolment confirmations, reminders, evaluation requests, and completion certificates. Custom email domain configuration is available.
Payment Gateways
For training providers handling direct learner payments, SkillNex supports payment processing integration for course fees. [TODO: confirm supported payment gateways with engineering]
Content and LMS Tools
For organisations with existing learning content in LMS formats (SCORM, xAPI), SkillNex supports content integration for corporate learning deployments. [TODO: confirm SCORM/xAPI support status with engineering]
What "Built-In" Means for SkillsFuture
SkillsFuture TPG workflows are not a third-party integration that might break during SSG system updates — they are core to how SkillNex manages training operations. Grant eligibility checks, attendance evidence, enrolment submissions, and claim documentation are embedded in the same workflow your administrators use every day. This is different from an LMS that has added a "grant module" on top of its content delivery architecture.
- TPG-aligned enrolment and eligibility workflows
- Attendance records linked directly to grant claim evidence
- Assessment documentation in the correct format for SSG requirements
- Audit-ready learner records without manual assembly
